Come gather with us for an evening of worship, community and making space for the Holy Spirit.

A Worship Circle is a little different from a typical worship service. Instead of a worship team on a stage and everyone else facing forward, we gather around the instruments. Musicians and singers form the centre, with the rest of us gathering around them—creating one shared circle of worship.

You don’t need to be part of a worship team or be an experienced musician to participate.

What is a Worship Circle?

A Worship Circle is a little different from a typical worship service. They have been used throughout the Vineyard as a way of bringing worship back into the middle of the community. We gather around the instruments. Musicians and singers form the centre, with the rest of us gathering around them—creating one shared circle of worship.

It can be joyful and loud, quiet and reflective, familiar and spontaneous. It’s also a beautiful expression of something we say often at the Cambridge Vineyard:

Everyone gets to play.

So whether you play guitar, percussion, another acoustic instrument, love to sing, or you just want to be present and worship, there is space for you in the circle.
