The Endurance Race

Endurance running.  For some, those two words bring intrigue and excitement. For others…not so much. Regardless, most people have had times where they have had to endure.  The reason we endure is because there is something that we will gain at the end of it all. That is called hope.  The writer in Hebrews states: “…let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus…” The call to follow Jesus is a call to lean in and experience that intimate life with him. This is the hope that we are after and we will never stop until we have attained it!
