Compassion In Action

Bible Text: Hebrews 2: 5-18, 3:16-4:11 | Preacher: Scott Roe | Series: Laser-Focused Faith | Isaiah prophesies that a ‘son’ would be born and his mother would call him ‘Immanuel…God is with us’.  Immanuel is a most beautiful name, knowing that in the midst of our life situation, God is with us.  It’s the compassion of God. But if we stop there, we are not telling the whole story. Jesus didn’t come to just sit with us in our brokenness, rather the passion that burns within him refuses to be content with the status quo. His compassion for you is driven by God’s desire for you!
