Filing Our Hearts

Bible Text: Luke 1:1-4 | Preacher: Andy McDonald | Series: Advent | Luke’s account of the Gospel begins with an opening statement which expresses his motivation and approach to the details of the life of Jesus which he recounts.  As we celebrate Advent this year, some of the hints he gives us in his introduction can serve as suggestions for how we might approach the themes of Faith, Hope, Love and Peace in the weeks leading up to Christmas.  Today’s teaching will look at ways we can spend some deliberate time growing in our experience of the Advent themes as we celebrate with our families and friends this Christmastime.
