Known By the Shepherd
The Lord doesn’t simply lead His sheep—He knows them by name.
Through the life of David and the familiar words of Psalm 23, we’re reminded that eternal life isn’t merely a future promise. Jesus tells us that eternal life begins now through knowing the Father and the Son. Wherever we find ourselves—in green pastures, dark valleys, or places of wandering—the Good Shepherd is already present, pursuing us with love and calling us deeper into relationship.
As we learn to recognize His voice, wait in His presence, and trust that every thread of our story is being woven into His greater design, we discover that resurrection life is found not in striving, but in knowing the Shepherd who has always known us.
