The Great Pursuit

If you’ve been following with us on our journey through Jesus’ sermon on the mount, you may have been wondering or thinking to yourself, “That sounds nice, but it’s not realistic.”. You wouldn’t be faulted for having thought, either. Some of Jesus’ teachings do seem to border on the impossible-to-do’s.  When Jesus tells us to ‘love our enemies’ (you know…those who want to take us out), it does seem impossible when you’re in the thick of that situation. The truth be told; Jesus’ teachings are not impossible. It all depends on what you’re pursuing.
