How do we recognize when we’ve drifted from trusting God to relying on ourselves?

In the messy middle of life, gratitude can quietly turn into expectation, entitlement, and pride. But God doesn’t abandon us when we lose our way. He is merciful, gracious, patient, and steadfast in His love, continually inviting us back into relationship with Him.

The challenge is to recognize the patterns in our own hearts, respond to God’s correction, and choose humility and repentance over self-reliance.

God doesn’t leave us in our mess. The question is, how will we respond when He calls us back?
