The Messy Middle
Life is messy. We get hurt and sometimes lose our way, we often hold onto things we shouldn’t. Our identity isn’t found in our work or accomplishments but God continually invites us to let Him define who we are.
God meets us right there in the messy middle when we call out to Him. But along the way, we need to pay attention to what can happen in our hearts, especially after we’ve experienced His goodness.
What we once received with gratitude can quietly become something we expect. Jeff challenges us to watch our hearts and invite the Holy Spirit to uncover the resentment, or bitterness we may be holding onto.
God is always reaching toward us, inviting us back into relationship, restoration, and alignment with Him.
We may be in the messy middle, but God isn’t finished with us yet.
