We are currently in the midst of the Lenten season. As you know, Lent is
about preparing for Easter through prayer, fasting, giving to the poor, and
repentance. For most people, the thought of giving something up and
repentance feels a lot like…well, death. But to have resurrection, means a
death has to occur. In the last week of his life, Jesus taught and modeled
how to face our ‘little deaths’ with the promise of new life.
