Preacher:
Passage: John 15: 5
Service Type:

Have you ever wondered why you think the way you think and do the things you do? Well, there are multiple factors that have played into who we become as people.

It’s the same for who the Vineyard is as a movement throughout the world. There really is a reason for why we think the way we think, and the things we do. Over the next few weeks we are going to look at our core distinctives and reflect on the call that God has placed on the Vineyard movement.

Hungry for More

Down through history, many movements began with a stirring in the hearts of people that could best be described as a longing or yearning for ‘something’. It was the same for the beginning of the Vineyard movement. Throughout many denominations there were people with a hunger, which can best be described as a ‘hunger for more’. That ‘more’ is found in Jesus words to his followers: “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5 NLT
